He offered to drive a few of us over to a nearby restaurant for dinner after we checked in and he came back to pick us up afterwards. Comfortable room. Good breakfast in the morning. Perfect for a 1 night stay before a cruise."

It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids in tow. Thank you!"
