"Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and...

"Spacious area with 3 floors. It was well organized, but one conplaint was that there were many ants. Other than that, the place was beautiful. Would recommend. "

"Easy reservation from start to finish. Great communication with all involved. Villa was very clean and a generous supply of starter items needed to feel as if you were home, saved a trip to the store. The pool and spa were great, perfect temperature and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the spa. Beds were very comfortable and the two Disney rooms were decorated so nicely. If you have a two families traveling togother, this would be a perfect spot to stay, plenty of room."

"House was clean,quiet,pool, hot tub,washer and dryer, and had everything a family or group would need. We stayed there to go to Universal parks which did not disappoint. Great communication with owner. Book this and you won't bt disappointed."

Other than being a little stingy with items like paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, which they informed of us, but I didn't see until we had been there a few days, the house was great. Family friendly and easy to ride-share to the parks in about 20 minutes or less."

The owner is very prompt in replying to queries. The pool is private and gets the sun all day long. Greater Groves is not too far from the parks, whilst being far enough away if that is not what you are visiting for. "The AC got cut off with 2 days left. When I contacted the host, said he is sorry but he would not fix it because I am leaving soon."

"Aside from the ants in the kitchen, towels still wet hanging in the bathrooms but I understood once I realized the dryer doesn’t dry your clothes the first couple rounds. Takes about 3 times to get them dry. Otherwise it was a great place to lay our head in between trips to Disney and the beach"

"We stayed as a family of 5 adults and one 5 year old for a trip to Disney. The place was amazing and the pool was perfect for us. Even though the thermostat can only be at 75 degrees we were comfortable and that was my only reservation going into the trip. Perfect distance from Disney about 30 mins out which I find gives a little decompress time on the way home. I hope to stay here again some day"
