"The shuttle to and from Universal was a great perk. It does pick up at a couple other hotels on the way there, but was still quick. You do have to reserve your spots in advance. The hotel was pretty nice. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed the Starbucks in the mornings. Our room smelled like mildew or something, but the staff agreed to let us change rooms when we inquired."

"It's everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Rooms were very clean. I mopped up some water from the floor tile after a shower and the towel was completely clean. Try that anywhere else and find a brown towel. Bedding was crisp, clean, in good condition and we had a great view of the pool. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was goo $27 +$3 coffee for custom omelettes, and a standard hotel breakfast buffet. Self-parking $36, valet $42. No complaints."

"A beautiful, comfortable, and clean hotel! Housekeeping was phenomenal and the pool and hot tub were added bonuses. The restaurant had excellent food and the ice cream shop was a nice extra stop at night. It has a convenient walkway to Universal Studios if you don't mind the hike. It probably took us about 15 to 20 minutes."

They do not tell the truth about the room holds and they authorize but when it comes time to charge and they don’t use the authorization that they did in order to pay for any of the room charges they authorize it and they turn around and charge you again."

"Breakfast was fine, rooms, elevator speed, pool and pool area nice and clean. My only concern was the parking fee as the parking was nearly empty but yet $25 per day? I'm visiting and enjoying your hotel and have to pay for parking. Also, $5 Xtra per day for transportation and amenities? Next time I will take this under consideration before booking at this property. I had stayed at Icon park on International drive, similar quality hotel without this hidden fees."
