"Room was quite clean except for the details that all housekeeping staff miss... Bathroom walls, corners of floors. Room service breakfast was served a half hour later than I scheduled it causing a delay in our day. It arrived as if door dash had dropped it off and items were missing. For over _100 I expected more. The front desk did discount it by 50%. Overall, beautiful hotel with nice staff. I would return."

"My room was VERY clean, no mess, no bugs. It was turned down daily. The check-in and check-out process was EXTREMELY SLOW! Pier 8 is the resort food court and it was decent but just as expensive as the parks. $6 for a bottle of water. The big issue I had was the hours of the amenities at the resort. Parks stay open late, but everything shut down at 10pm. Strange as it sounds after the park we got back at about 9:30 and I wanted to go to the gym, the gym closed at 10 and I didn't realize that so by the time I came back downstairs to workout my badge wouldn't open the door. I was really disappointed. But the pros FAR outweigh the CONS! My wife and I booked a suite had a great time and I look forward to binging all of my kids next time now that we know the suite has 1 bed in a separate room and 2 beds in the living room."

"Loved how close it was to Disney and Walmart but didn’t love how little storage the rooms had for clothing and I was not in love with the shower. Breakfast was good every morning tho!"

"Overall, great stay. Convenient location to Hollywood Studios and Epcot with reliable transportation to the other parks. Frustrating to find my room though. I followed the directional signage indicating where my room number would be but it was incorrect. The sign points to the left while my room required me to turn right. After a long flight, with two kids to haul, it was frustrating and a pain. Aside from that, note that this hotel is used for corporate conferences. Halfway through my stay it looked like I entered a corporate software expo. I get that some event spaces would be leased out to corporates, but the signage everywhere in common spaces- including the beach and pool area was an eye sore."
