"Mold in shower, food left under bed from previous guests, very noisy adjacent rooms and although housekeeping was requested every day on a 4 day stay they came 2 times. "

"Only issue I would like to communicate is that the hotel staff at check in. Did not do a very good job explaining amenities pool open/close time water park etc.. They did not explain that there is a shuttle on site that takes you around property. I ubered to IHOP which was a waste of $ there where so many restaurant near with using the shuttle and food options at water park. For the water some of the big slide rides where down and the second day we went back for those rides still where down."
