"This was a beautiful resort! It was the first time I truly felt like I was in Cancun. The place is amazing, and the customer service is top-notch. The restaurants were delicious, and everything about the resort made it a great place to relax. Traveling with kids can make relaxing a little harder, but they do have plenty of activities to keep them busy, which we really appreciated. We celebrated my son’s birthday during our stay, and I was hoping they would do something small like a card or acknowledgment, but unfortunately they didn’t—that part was a bit disappointing. Overall, we loved it and would definitely come back!"

"The staff was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was terrific. Eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, mickey waffles, and the usual toast etc. Laundry available. Lots of restaurants around. Property was clean but is older and being remodeled but we never had a disruption. 5 stars especially for staff - they were wonderful!"

"The staff was friendly! The bathroom needed better cleaning. Killed 2 bugs(not roaches but something similar), mold under shower shelf, and shower overall needed better cleaning. The door to the room was off the automatic door closer so we had to make sure it actually closed. There were ants on the coffee counter and the breakfast food was not the best. "

"Not as advertised, the website shows refurbished clean rooms. This isn’t what you always get! Beware they have dated dirty rooms too. Our bathroom was disgusting to the point they ordered two full cleans to get it close to an acceptable standard. We have stayed here many times over the last 7 years and it’s gone down hill big style recently. It’s certainly not what it was. "
