"Very clean, new Universal hotel. Both of the pools were large and easily accessed. The food court, room service options and on site Starbucks were incredibly convenient. Will definitely stay again!"

"It’s a great location but for having to pay so much for parking and a resort fee, I feel the staff should provide more details about what amenities go along with the resort fee. They give you a card with no explanation. It’s a list and even the staff person I asked wasn’t fully aware of all the items listed. I think Disney is a better bang for your buck!"
