"I never leave reviews but i have to this time. We were very warmly greeted when we arrived. Our room was fab. A proper bedroom feel instead of the generic hotel feel. The beds were soo comfy!! The room as warm with everything we needed. We used the leisure facilities and were very impressed. Ghd straightners and hairdriers in the changing rooms was a brilliant addition. Everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and we were served by a lovely, smiley waitress. Big shout out to the receptionist on duty ALL WEEKEND! Nothing was a bother and she was a star. We hope to revisit next year when we're down racing! "

"The hotel and restuarant attached were amazing, we werent expecting much as we saw it in a retail park on the maps, but was very surprised with how clean, tidy and very friendly the staff were. The hotels ideally situated just off the M90, so makes travelling about even easier."

"Second time staying here but first time having breakfast, which, apart from coinciding with a coach party, was very good. Arrived around 2am after a late flight and check in was easy. Very comfortable room, and good shower in the morning. Re-booked for a visit to family later this month. Can’t fault this hotel. "

"Lovely time. Louise and Maddy (hope I’m spelling that right) are wonderful and made sure we had everything we need. We loved the Penthouse Suite at the top!"

"Great stay. Room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Though the bathrooms were shared, there were plenty and they were immaculately cleaned. I had a fantastic walk at a nearby scenic beach only two minutes away. I even saw some seals. There is a handy convenience store around the corner and a baker with some prepared foods. There is a bus at the end of the road that took me to the Leven bus/railway station and also to the swimming pool. The staff was great getting me oriented to the neighborhood. I am grateful for the good stay."
