"La Quinta is our number one go-to hotel. Parking is so convenient, with plenty of space. The cleanliness of the property, inside and out, is remarkable, and the staff is always very helpful. Breakfast is always good and smells good early in the morning. The pool and jacuzzi are always clean and well-kept, with pool towels provided."

Cambria Hotel Calabasas - Malibu

"I cannot recommend the Cambria in Calabasas enough! From the minute you walk in the door you are welcomed! The smell and aroma through the entire hotel is incredible. The front desk staff is not only welcoming but kind. The hotel pool area is beautiful and the staff out there are incredibly attentive asking if you want to get something to eat, drink and refilling water. They were so kind to my daughter when she was out there she was overwhelmed by it. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The location is good and close to highways. I wish we had stayed the whole time here and not moved to Santa Monica area. It was our first time in California (Southern) so we did not know. This hotel has self parking for a minimal rate... that was incredible too! Love this place"

"We had a wonderful stay at Amanzi Hotel and truly enjoyed the property, location, and nearly every interaction with the staff. Unfortunately, one experience with a front desk employee significantly affected how we felt during the remainder of our stay. We approached him to ask whether the FIFA game would be shown in the dining area. He stared at us in a way that felt intimidating, gave only a one-word response, and was extremely unfriendly. When I politely asked for his name, he responded, “Mr. Thomas,” and immediately demanded to know my name in a tone that felt threatening. The entire interaction made me feel genuinely uncomfortable and concerned for my family’s safety. I was too uneasy to raise the matter with management while we were still staying at the hotel, and we intentionally avoided this employee for the rest of our visit. Everyone else we encountered was welcoming and wonderful, and everything else about our stay was excellent. Without this experience, I would have gladly returned. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the matter so other guests do not feel intimidated or unsafe."

"Room not ready until 4:40 PM Elevator near room was Out of Order. Balcony view was excellent! View from inside room was not so great. Very small windows in the room we had. $45 per night to park?! Not good. Staff was Great"

"The room was perfect for our family of 5. I only which there were no carpet in the room. That's a personal preference. Nice size fridge, with a plates and utensils that if you wanted to buy food and warm up in the microwave you could use the kitchen wares. The room was clean and spacious. The location is close enough to drive to the beach, Universal studios and Hollywood walk of fame."
