"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We traveled to the US to attend a close family wedding, and while the whole trip could have been quite stressful, the hotel was our true island of calm. From the moment we walked into the beautifully designed lobby, we felt instantly relaxed. The room was incredibly welcoming, the food at the lobby lounge was truly fantastic, and the staff was lovely and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. Thank you! One small note: The additional parking fee was a bit of a downer and felt somewhat unnecessary. It would have been a much better experience if it were simply included in the room rate, as it felt a bit like being nickel-and-dimed."
