"HIE Van Nuys accommodations were right up there for my business stay this week. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet excellent & run by one of the more professional & efficient attendants I have seen in the business. Annoying that Expedia does not disclose the $15 parking fee but seems to be standard for inns in the area. Also would be nice if Bloomberg TV was a channel option for the in-room screen…..some of us like to migrate away from the iPad when traveling. Lou S. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. I got stuck in LA due to winter storm Fern and they helped make a very stressful situation less stressful. In addition, a very clean hotel and nice that it's walkable to the Commons. "

"The hotel itself was adorable. Great staff and customer service. Only issue was the breakfast. It was really bad very few options like four and no healthy options. They had yogurt, but if you have lactose issues, you can’t eat the yogurt"
