"I would give Milan, the owner, 5 stars for his eagerness to please. He is a very kind host. As English speakers we struggled to communicate and we feel the property isn't quite ready to host those who do not speak the local language well. The food is great and they serves it in abundance. "Hotel itself was nice and comfortable. Empty refrigerator isn't a nice welcome when you've had no time to shop for basics like water. I think the breakfast needs a big improvement. Either charge extra for it or stop doing it. A bit sparse and no real healthy options"

"Booked the hotel in Jan 26 for stay in Aug 26. The booking team kindly accommodated my request for 2 rooms near each other as we were a family of 5 . Location is great , about 15min from the Old Town , and is right next to the river . Check in was smooth . Kindly assisted by Nudzjema - who was extremely helpful after a long journey . Thankyou. The rooms were on the 7th floor . Great size with all the amenities needed . Very quiet at night . Bathrooms . Housekeeping was brilliant - chap called Samir- was very helpful. Nothing was any trouble for him . The bathroom is spatious. Beware only showers , and no baths. Breakfast was fantastic- other reviews were not so positive. But for the price point- we felt it was good value , with multiple options. Coffee was lively . Albinko from the restaurant was delightful, always smiling and courteous. Well done !! A great start to the day. Overall one of the best Courtyards I’ve stayed in . The staff is what makes this hotel ! I’ve had nothing negative to report. Definitely suitable for families. I am hoping to return again in the future . Praise to the manger who clearly leads a fantastic team ! Well done all , and thankyou for making it a memorable stay for us all."

"The host was super friendly and helpful, even went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a WiFi issue. Location is amazing, right on the pedestrian street, restaurants starting just a few feet and continue all the way to Old Town which was maybe a 10-15 minute walk. I had a room with a kitchenette which was nice. Although being in that location, I wasn’t affected by street noise. My room was 39 steps up."

"Great price per night, the location was only 10 min walk from the city centre. The breakfast buffet was consistently nice and prevented me from wasting time finding breakfast, so for efficient travellers maximising their time this is a big deal! The staff was always friendly and helpful, speaking good English and respectful to all guests. The room was well finished and looked after also. This ticks all boxes from me. 5/5 for me."
