"The stay was excellent, cleanliness top notch with daily room service. One thing I would like to mention is parking, hotel should mention on their site that parking is there but paid parking(Stadium Parking) apart from that 10/10"

"This was our first time staying at a Premier Inn and we’d definitely stay again!! Very budget friendly but didn’t feel like a budget hotel! Room was quite small but as expected! Breakfast was great and they did a fantastic job managing a food allergy! Zero complaints!! "

"Hotel was fantastic, stay was great and the food was great. We went to the come alive show at the empress museum and it was only a few minutes walk so fantastic location for that. The only issue we had was the guy that checked us in had his WhatsApp open on his phone whilst we were there. As a business owner I wouldn’t tolerate that from staff but he was still helpful, polite and quick. It just isn’t very professional."

The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay."
