"the hotel staff here was incredible. we get there to check our bags in and it was the kindest group of people. and my travel partner had a small medical issue and the staff went above and beyond to provide some medical supplies. the kindest and most wonderful people work at this hotel. the room was great. i cannot wait to stay here again. everyone from the bartenders to the room service staff? all incredible. i had a wonder stay here. "

"Nice hotel overall with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and the facilities were good. However, there were a couple of issues that affected the experience. At dinner, our food arrived before our drinks, which felt a bit disorganised and took away from the meal. Also, there was no coffee machine in the room, which was a bit disappointing and something we would have expected at this level. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would make it even better."

"I thought the staff was excellent. I was particularly impressed with Saish, the restaurant- manager in the evening. We ate most dinners at the hotel. Saish was helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the attractions and provided us with a unique insight into places to visit and how to best reach the different destinations over our five night stay. "Great hotel in a great location. We had a really good price for the room as well. The decor of our room was a bit dated but nothing to complain as it was clean and comfortable for a family of 3. The staff were really lovely as well ad gave us vouchers for the bar. My partner does not like lifts and the stairs are a bit hard to find but we were on one of the lower floors so didn't affect us. Would recommend and return (requesting a floor on a lower floor!)"
