Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace

"My wife and I spent 3 days in Venice with our small dog (a corgi). The hotel was beautiful and clean, our room was great. But I want to highlight the staff as the best part of our experience. When we arrived everyone was as so sweet to our dog, and they put food and water bowls as well as a dog bed with a treat in our room waiting for us upon check in. Every single staff member, which they have many was incredibly helpful and extremely welcoming especially to our dog. I originally chose this hotel because I was worried about grass areas in Venice for our dog to go to the bathroom and they have a small grass garden, it is not for dogs. BUT right across the canal a 2 minute walk from the hotel is one of the few small grassy areas in Venice. I cannot express how amazing that staff was in every aspect of our stay. If we come back to Venice dog or no dog we will be staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo San Luca! The location was excellent, the apartment was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our time here. One thing that really impressed us was the air conditioning — it was fantastic! Even during the hot summer days in Venice, the room got so cold that we actually had to turn the AC off sometimes. 😂 Definitely one of the best AC systems we experienced in Italy! Great location, great comfort, and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended — we would absolutely stay here again!"

"I really liked staying at this hotel. It is so close to Saint Mark's Square but still really quiet. It's location made it super easy to go anywhere and do anything and still find your way back to the hotel. It was super clean and the cleaning staff was working hard every day. It is being managed by the other hotel about four feet across the street, so there is no one on-site. That didn't bother me, but it did mean that the lobby was unattended. Breakfast was in that other hotel every morning (just basic carbs and coffee machine coffee). The AC in the room worked great. The water was hot."

"Great hotel with beautiful scenery! Breakfast was wonderful, along with the evening entertainment. Staff were all very friendly and ready to help. The hotel is new and is conveniently located near a bus-boat stop within walking distance which takes you directly through the Grand Canale. Would stay here again and highly recommend!"

"The room was excellent and very clean; it was cleaned every day. Everyone was very helpful and assisted us with any questions we had. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, but they were very kind and let us leave our luggage at the hotel until it was time to head to the airport."
