"Good location in Chepstow near the river. Supposed to be the oldest hotel in Wales!.. Rooms clean and fairly modern, with welcoming bar and dining areas on the ground floor. Helpful staff - a good option for your stay in Chepstow"

"Nice, relaxing stay in the heart of Ross on Wye. Large room, on second floor accessed by an extremely steep winding staircase, which is what you’d expect in an old inn like this. Staff helpful and friendly. Food good and reasonably priced. Only drawbacks were the bathroom which with its sloping ceiling and steps was a bit hazardous and the carpark with its extremely narrow access that many cars would struggle to get in."
