"Rooms were very clean, lots of towels and bathrooms were above standard. Staff were amazing, checked in with Harsh, who provided me with everything I needed, and was a big help with questions regarding services and other requests. Grounds around hotel were kept clean and tidy. Lots of parking even when hotel booked up. Over all very satisfied with location. Would recommend staying here."

"All of the staff were super friendly, willing to help. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, we had the option to valet our car for a fee which was very convenient. Great location right in the heart of downtown Toronto at Yonge & King St. The lobby bar was decorated beautifully for Christmas. We stayed overnight in the Historic Double Suite. We loved the nostalgia of the original exterior windows. The rooms have been renovated, and included a kitchenette. The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a separate shower, and was a decent size. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend One King West Hotel."
