We received surprise champagne for my fiancés birthday free of charge. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. The only negative for me was the lack of space for luggage as there was nowhere to unpack or keep the suitcases out of the way. The view was great and the window let in a lot of natural light. We would 100% stay here again should we come to Florence in the future! "
