"Parking is a bit silly as it’s not easy to find with directions given. Not too far from hotel though. Only thing we disliked was the windows do not open to let in natural air "

"Boutique hotel based in the heart of the Toxteth Riviera. Surrounded by great restaurants and pubs plus the Liverpool Phil and Everyman and you are set up for a great weekend. Staff at the Hotel were excellent . Fab breakfast and a lovely lunch plus a great spa and facial and we had a truly indulgent overnight stay. Will book again but ask for a room away from the front of the hotel looking out onto Hope Street to ensure a good nights sleep "
