"From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Marcelo helped us with our bags and brought us a welcome drink as we checked in. The hotel has 3 infinity pools and pool bar with the freshes ceviche. The Xu cocktail is a must! The room was bright & clean with a spectacular ocean front view! The mall right next door to the hotel and supermarket behind were very convenient during my stay. $15k ($4 USD) Taxi ride to the walled city by using the white taxis provided by the hotel felt safe and fast. Will definitely go back and stay here."

"I have to say it was an exceptional routine. It was so peaceful and serene. The ambience was beautiful and relaxing. Totally recommend location on a popular street walkable distance to everything 10 out of 10. Staff was phenomenal, helpful and nice. In our package breakfast was included, and it was great. Although we did not use the pool area or the bar on the rooftop it was extremely beautiful. I would’ve loved an extra day just to stay up and enjoy. I definitely felt relaxed after being outside all day coming to the hotel. It was so awesome. check and check out easy. "

"Location is great doesn't look like much during day but at night the streets around the hotel are filled with bars and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to the Clock Tower. Lots of dining options. Breakfast was lovely in the courtyard. There is no elevator. Our room was huge but the bathroom very small. "
