"The hotel is lovely! Beautiful room and staff is very pleasant. Pool is on the roof and while small it is perfect to cool off after a hot day of walking around Cartagena! The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room. "
