"Horrible experience. Sadly Casa Mara still is offering accomodation over the web that is not availbale when you arrive. (see older feedback of other - rejected - guests) THough having a confirmed booking - Casa Mara had no room available. "The room was basic as expected, good air conditioning and fan, the bed had seen better days and sheets were ropey. Good shower and bathroom was clean. Nice to sit on the roof terrace and watch the sun go down. The young lady who was on reception when we arrived was nice and helpful, there was another woman who made the breakfast and monitored the door at night who was pretty miserable and not overly polite. All in all not too bad for the money and the location is great being one block behind...
