"I enjoyed my stay. The home was very clean and nice. Nice quiet location. A few things I would suggest to the host is maybe have black out curtains in the bedroom because I hated being woken up at 6am with the bright sun in the room. The curtains were see through. Also maybe have blinds in the kitchen because I felt exposed with no curtains or blinds and anyone can see in the house. And last I would have washcloths for the guest because not everyone travels with towels and washcloths. Other than...

"We loved our stay! I held a retreat with my leadership team, and the house was perfect for our needs. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely backyard and great proximity to lots of local restaurants and amenities. The place was very clean and spacious and furnished very tastefully and comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept very well. Overall, we would gladly stay here again."

"The home was very comfortable - it was modern and the beds were good. Unfortunately the repairs to make it rentable were not high quality. The bathroom sink in the half bath was leaking when we arrived. The door frame of the basement bathroom had fallen off & was lying on the floor when we arrived. The shower door in the upstairs bathroom would not stay on the track. However , none of these problems would deter me from renting again. They were just inconveniences."

"Amazing home. More stunning than pictures. Lots of places to gather as a group or have solitude. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Neighborhood quiet and walkable. Enjoyed outdoor dining on deck, quiet porch swing mornings, happy hour toasting in the sunroom, playing the grand piano, and cozing up in the living room for a movie. 5 adult family members gathering for graduation from a graduate program at Midwestern University..
