"Fantastic ambience. Comfortable bed. Super clean. Lovely bathroom. Amazing staff. 10/10 for breakfast. Plenty of choices for everybody at dinner. They get it right here Toom 108 was a little hot"

"We had a lovely family room - Ideal for the 4 of us. Parents had a 2 person room in the old building. My advice is to request a room in the new building if you prefer to avoid stairs - We were not aware of all the stairs and my parents found it difficult. This wouldn't stop us staying again - we would just request a ground floor room. Food was good. Parking was good. Most of the staff were excellent. Was in an excellent location for our needs."

"The room was clean the bed was comfy the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel sauna,hotub, and pool were great the gym looked good all was very clean. The hotel its self needs a bit of TLC and is basic but its in a great spot and we would stay again."

"Had an amazing stay here! Brilliant room and lovely club amenities with free cake and coffee and incredible breakfast! Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club level."

"Room was spotless and spacious. Large group in at breakfast time but staff coped very well. No towels in Spa so had to get some from room. Parking is overpriced considering room costs, only negative for us. Have been a few times now, and will return."
