"Property was more than I expected! Fantastic three bedroom apartment, clean and spacious! Hotel staff were super friendly and close by to the waterfront. "The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. "Great location - a short walk to the promenade by Green Point lighthouse. There is a hot breakfast which is delicious and made to order. The front terrace is a nice place to sit out in the evenings, and there is an honesty bar. Place feels secure with a member of staff always on duty by the front gate.
