"I’m from Toronto, Canada, and I flew out to Los Angeles to see Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour since, unfortunately, she wasn’t performing in Canada. I had to quickly find a place to stay and came across citizenM Los Angeles, which had great reviews on Google, and thank God I booked with them! They absolutely lived up to my expectations and then some. The staff were incredible! They are super friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick but memorable stay. Honestly, 5/5 feels too low. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would choose citizenM ten times over if they operate in any city I’m visiting. Keep up the amazing work, team citizenM!"

"The stay was exceptional. The building and location is exquisitely historical and you get a feel like you are back in the 1920's with an elegant, but not overbearing, touch of modernism and high tech accommodation features, and a virtual front desk. The staff on site were amazing... In fact the word "amazing" doesnt do them justice. They were above and beyond on every occasion. Especially Brandon Young (front desk, security and knowledgeable extraordinaire). Sarah, the coffee master barista who would concuct drinks that are heavenly to the taste buds and Nathalie, the kindest most courteous soul one could meet. I will definitely be coming again."
