10/10 Excellent

"This trip was a bit different. We wanted to remain in the hotel for our stay without leaving. We were in a junior suite which was fantastic for our family of four. The club experience helped with the stay. We used the benefits and we were able to have a relaxing couple of days without spending much more. We took full advantage of both pools and used the kayaks and SUPs to break it up. Great staff, clean rooms. Only thing I for me was this is a season for nats and I think the staff should attend to cleaning the pools out more frequently."

"Even though the property is probably 20+ yrs old, it's kept in pretty good condition. The carpets in all hallways need replacement as every floor smells sour from the old indoor/ outdoor carpeting in hallways. We did see a couple of cockroaches in our bathroom also. The pools areas are nice and clean, although it would be such a bonus if they installed a spinner water extractor to help dry our swimsuits. The dryers cost $2 and we're all being used, so we had to bag up wet swimwear and travel with wet clothes. Besides that the hotel & staff were very nice, a bit dated, but I would recommend, especially for families. The waterside was a blast for kids & adults. Much faster than I thought it would be..."

"Stayed 10 nights. You read that right. If you are diving it’s a good amount of time if not 3 nights would be good. It’s a dated hotel but the price is right! The pool and view and reef totally rocks and the location to restaurants and shops is awesome. The hotel is dated but we factored in a week of car rental and it’s a much better value than any hotel. Basically you can get hotel and car rental ( free covered parking) for the price of just the room for another hotel. If you are looking to impress go to the dusit next door. But you basically have all the restaurants and bars of the dusit for a hundred bucks less. Again rooms are dated but clean rooms. Went with infinity tower and full ocean view, buddy got the corner suite and that was more impressive. The view from our room was incredible. It’s so hot here you’ll want to got out early to the sights and spend the day in the room (hence the value of a good view) and head out in the afternoon. Remember I said the hotel is dated but the view fantastic. The beautiful reef is below and the infinity pool view is spectacular. I wouldn’t bother with hotels past the dusit as it’s a long hot walk to get to the restaurants. As for hotel restaurant and bars it’s really lacking but the mall is next door and an awesome breaky joint step from the hotel. The staff are super nice and they are very responsive to emails. Really appreciated the 5 gallon hot/cold water coolers in each room. Great value.will return."

"This hotel was overall good experience. The ocean view was very good. The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and the room also had a large tub. Was some bird waste on the balcony. The elevators go to there destination quickly. Staff was great. Starbucks and Bar on property. Many good pools and gym for guests. Love the aesthetic art near the beach."
