"Alejandro and Yucsan are the reason I would return to this Waldorf property. Extremely helpful and clearly passionate about their jobs. I’m self employed so I know first hand how difficult it is to find staff of this caliber. Wonderful experience thanks to truly wonderful people."

"Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful, food was good but variety a bit limited for lunch and dinner some days. Breakfast egg cook staff (sorry do not remember his name but he was great) was amazing, remembered us day to day. Entertainment staff were great by the pool. Disco staff were great but the room had a funny smell so we did not stay long. Overall very positive stay for us."

"The JW Marriott was the perfect weekend getaway. The staff were friendly, and very attentive to your needs. I opted out of the All inclusive package, but guests confirmed that several on site restaurants were up to standard and near worth it. The sandbar was convenient, and offered the opportunity to watch the World Cup. The property overall was spacious, and grounds were well kept. I’d rate the stay 8/10 since we found a live scorpion just before hopping in bed for our last night. The hotel staff didn’t not offer anything, but an apology. They stated it is the norm. Overall, Thank you. The scorpion is forever going to live in my thoughts."

"Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was not working. However, the staff was extremely helpful and responded promptly by moving us to another room where the air conditioning worked perfectly. Getting to the beach was very convenient. We simply called for the resort’s transportation service, and they were always quick and reliable in picking us up from our room and taking us to the beach. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly return."
