On and off (mostly off) during the whole stay. Best bed ever. We had a twin and requested a change to king. It was fine immediately. The mattress topper was amazing. Excellent linen and pillows. Room was good though there were some minor finishing touches. "

"Claude and Joelle do an excellent job communicating and the directions left in the room for anything you could imagine was included. Very close to public transportation. Although I would not suggest 3 people stay in the room due to the size, it was a very clean room, just a bit small for 2 people and 2 large suitcases. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the pillows are very flimsy, even using 2 at a time they were not very supportive. Overall I would definitely stay there again. "
