"The door frame to the condo needs to be replaced. It looked as if someone had busted in. Also, hang the wall art with a nail instead of Velcro strips, they would randomly fall off the wall."

"The house is an easy walk to the beach for not being front row. It needs some work on the floors and tiles but for the price we thought it was fine. The kids room with bunk beds was a great space for the kids."

The manager was attentive but still took a few days to resolve the issue. Also, pool guy arrived unannounced to service the pool, I would have preferred notice. As I said it was overall perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and charm, would recommend it!"

There is nothing missing from the kitchen, baths and pool, everything is available to make your stay comfy. We would book again!"

"You absolutely cannot beat the location of this property. It was as described and had pretty much everything you need. The only problem we had was the lockbox to where the key for storage for the grill / other amenities (assuming washer and dryer) we could not get unlocked. Other than that, everything was awesome. Will be looking to stay at this property again."

"Well, the day was good. I love the pool. The house was nice. The only thing was just checking in was a little difficult, but the management was great. They were fair. The only downfall was there was a lot of mosquitoes, but that was due to the rain wasn’t too crazy about the view, but that’s OK Would recommend it. Maintenance was wonderful. The communication was great. They’re making things right when things were wrong."

"A short walk from the busy docks, the property offered the unexpected pleasure of staying in our own peaceful and private garden enclave. The nature-inspired design of the pool and the lush tropical foliage invited lingering on the lounge chairs and the porch. The patch of grass, although artificial, made great terrain for water fights, a game of beachball soccer, and sunbathing on a towel. Inside, the home was spacious and charming, with island colors punctuating wonderful (original?) wood...

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"House was great and location is amazing. You can't get any closer to Duvall without being directly on it. Practically the center of Duvall street so everything is walking distance. Parking spot is tight - I would recommend renting a golf cart in lieu of a car - but everything is so close, you don't need either."

"This rental was all we could ask for. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival, and everything in the house was of high quality and in great shape. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked for a rental. We had everything we needed to cook and especially enjoyed the outside grilling area. The beach was only a short walk away, and the beach supplies included in the garage were super helpful. The pool and outdoor area were fantastic. "Perfect stay! The location is awesome and literally a block from the beach. Clean, quiet, and all aligned with the VRBO add, which often doesn't. The host was very responsive and we even stayed an extra night. We really appreciated that since we were there for our daughter's 4th Birthday! Even our fur babies loved it! I would highly recommended this place! We will be back, hopefully in September!"

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "
