"amazing location! wish this place was around when i was in my 20s & coming to Galway. very small, yet clean rooms. great shower which is rare in Ireland lol. front desk staff were extremely helpful w/bags up the flights for my in-laws, as there is no elevator."

"Location was great. Right on the Quay but don't expect to get much rest as it's right above a bar. So when everything winds down around 1 am and you finally can get some rest then all of the deliveries start around 4 am. When I pulled the blankets back there were hairs all over the sheets. Went down to ask them for clean sheets they showed up and went through 3 sets of sheets before they could find a clean pair. We would have bailed but it was the only place available at that point. Bed are twin beds just pushed together and very uncomfortable. "

"This property was great. The only reason not a five star on the staff is because we didn’t have contact with many staff due to checking in and out on the kiosk. The amenities were really good but hours were not great - closed too early. But overall hotel was a really good stay."

"Great location. Great bar-restaurant area. Ok room. Older carpet throughout. The elevator was down for our entire stay even though the front desk said it would be fixed "tomorrow". The lobby is floor 0, we were on floor 3."

"Great location. Nice hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning rooms. When we arrived to the room, there was trash left on the bed from previous guests along with a used floss pick on the floor. The drinking glasses we used were also not swapped out the next day and left dirty in the room. Hotel also doesn’t provide conditioner so bring your own. Tiny almost unusable shower."

"The staff were very nice. Hotel style is cute. Unfortunately the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Walls are very thin so you hear everything and my room overlooked the trash bins and you could hear every time the gate was open. Further, the headboard to the bed was stained and gross. Lastly I understood there were no closets but there’s also no luggage stand so either you’re accessing your suitcase on the floor or keeping it on the bed. "

"Hotel is older, with older style and amenities. Rooms and communal areas were clean. It is located a bit outside of the city center and within about a 20-minute walk to the square. There is an onsite restaurant with bar. Breakfast buffet was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
