"Our lanai was overlooking Reeds Bay for beautiful views of sunrise. The staff were very kind. The parking was free. It's close to the airport, but not easily walkable to downtown. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Great value. Also a lovely public park next to the hotel."

"We really enjoyed or stay here. I do think it is important to make sure you know what room you are booking - our room had great views of the ocean and a wonder wrap around balcony, but there are other rooms that overlook the parking lot and would be less impressive, at a lower cost of course. They have valet parking for $25 per day or you can park on the street. We did valet parking as the street parking seemed a bit dodgy. "Hilo Town Inn is very clean and updated. We were very comfortable and Sam was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend if visiting Hilo area. "

"My husband and I stayed here years ago for our anniversary and loved it so much, we came back! We brought our family and some friends and their kids. It was a great set up for all of us. And lovely location! Breathtaking views of the valley and the ability to easily get to the quaint town of Honoka’a. We specifically chose this location so we could have a central spot to come back to after exploring parts of the northern area of the island. Highly recommend! "

"So lovely to be able to rent this beautiful home on such a big, open property! It truly felt secluded in the most refreshing way. The house itself was perfect and had all the amenities we needed to host a small Thanksgiving Dinner for our family. Our pup was even able to join! She enjoyed herself running around on the grassy fields and (carefully) saying hello to some goat friends from a distance. Mahalo for hosting us!"
