"We booked this trip last minute so we arrived in the middle of the night with young kids. The room was a king and sofa bed. Beach front view was the only good thing unfortunately. The hotel was dirty and very beat up from the moment we walked in all the way to our room and beyond. Upon check-in, they charged my debit card the fee for incidentals (I try a lot so that’s expected and was completely fine). I paid for this trip prior to arrival in full. Unfortunately on top of the lack of cleanliness, my card was charge multiple times over the course of 2 days totaling $655. After a days worth of phone calls and getting nowhere with the hotel, I was forced to call my bank and lock my account so no further charges could come through. The hotel has been refunding me for the wrongful charges, but it was a complete nightmare for me and my family traveling with two little kids. The cleanliness lead me to leave the hotel after the one sleep. We ate at the buffet overlooking the beach. The staff was nice but the food was just blah. On our walk to the restaurant, the outdoor pool was full of green pollen. I understand it’s the height of the season but it just needed to be tended to and cleaned. They front desk let me know I would be charged an early checkout fee and could not refund the two other days we booked. I left without “checking out” to avoid additional fees. The staff was rude when calling on the phone. Overall, it was a nightmare of dirty hotel and unexpected charges. Stay away!"

"The staff was really busy. Floors were sticky around the elevator. Most of the staff was very polite and friendly. "

"The room was ok, but the bed linen had hair from previous guests. And so was the bathtub. So the two major things that we needed during our stay were unusable. After contacting the front desk they mentioned being short staffed and finally at 9:30 PM I got the half of the items requested and then I was supposed to make the beds. Which means taking out sheets and pillow cases used by others and change them! Thankfully I was carrying couple of car cushions and blanket in my car from winters. So I grabbed those and we somehow passed the night and were out as soon as there was daylight. Spending 1 Night was no less than a disaster! We didn’t use shower at all!! Spoke again with the front desk in the morning and made her aware of the situation and she said she would get back to me, but have not heard anything back in 24 hours. It is not like they didn’t have options, they could have offered a clean ready room, or fixed the problem. Cleaning someone else’s used stuff is not my problem! So we just paid $$$ to be under a roof over our head for a night. Thankfully had not booked it for more than a night! We checked into another hotel same time as we checked out from there. "

"Our family enjoyed our stay at the hyatt hotel. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Dorothy and Queenie at the front desk were amazing! Our room was great and the ocean view was spectacular. I had a great birthday with the family."

"Jacuzzi tub and view was amazing! Great spot for access to the beach. And quiet for being on the end of the boardwalk. And staff was amazing!"
