"was excited about the spa but when i tried cleaning it with a towel the towel turned yellow lol also so much dust in the ac had to open the window cuz it smelled like mold. also in the guide they said they have incense but literally was not there. there were watermarks and hair around the sink. a motel vibe "

"I have checked room and washroom door didn't close well. I told to staff and he show other room and changed room. I liked the new room, every day clean room and new towels. Location was great. Close Dabsimni staion and from the staion i can travel in Seoul easy. Plus next the hotel enterance there was convenience store. I loved it!!"

"The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. There are many places to eat nearby. It was convenient because there was a currency exchange machine, and I used it conveniently because I could iron my clothes with a service iron.
