"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."

"The AC does not work well. The property actually controls It themselves. When you call to complain about the room being warm despite having it on the lowest temp, they tell you that they will go to the back room and lower the temp because it’s not what it shows in the room. When you leave the room, they turn the AC off so you just never have a cool room."
