"We really enjoyed our stay at La Colina. Natasha is doing a great job with her business and is so easy to communicate with. The food is delicious and it was close to everything. The only downside is the slippery high ascending stairs. Your legs and arms get a workout from carrying luggage and/or a baby.

"The included breakfast is amazing—two courses! The bathrooms/showers are very tight in spacing, but there are bigger bathrooms in the attached restaurant section. Those bathrooms/showers are shared by all in the hostel, including those with private rooms (which was fine, never had to wait to use facilities). "We had a wonderful stay at El Faro. The location was perfect for our family. The beach and Manuel Antonio National Park are very close. The view from our balcony was amazing. We knew about climbing the hill beforehand and really didn’t think it was that bad (our ages were 58, 49, 48, 46, 15, 14, 12, and 11). "We loved our stay here. Our room had plenty of space, it was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and there was great seating in front and back of our unit. We saw macaws, tucans and squirrel monkeys from the front and back patio areas! What a treat. "
