"Front desk and bar staff very friendly and helpful.Valet very efficient. Cleaning staff the best always quick to help us with any needs that we needed. I believe that they have one of the hardest job that alot times are overlooked. All and all great stay. Less the ducks in the pool."

"I had a short but great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and it was in a great area. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and I was able to store my bags in the morning after check out and return that night to get them with no issue. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a Kings Land one bedroom/2queens room, and it was a wonderful room. The bathroom does not have any sound proofing, and unnecessarily had a pocket door as a second door (into the bedroom), which is a great way to share bathroom sounds. I recommend this room only for siblings, long time married folks and those with little kids if staying as a family — those you are absolutely comfortable with. Service from every staff member encountered was A+++ top notch. Breakfast at the clubhouse bistro was just okay (many birds because it’s outdoors) We went elsewhere after that & loved all food we had in Waikoloa Village and Queens Marketplace. Shuttle was great, pools/hot tubs great, peace and relaxation was great. Everywhere & everything was clean. We can’t wait to go back."
