"The room was spacious and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, unfortunately the lift was broken during our stay, and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was quite inconvenient. Also, the carpet in the room had a very strong old/musty smell that made the room feel less fresh than expected. Overall, the hotel has potential, but these issues affected our experience."

"Amazing place the 'Eastwell Champneys Estate'. Fantastic accommodation. Room was beautiful and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, specific James helped at the reception and Victoria at the Health Spa. Breakfast was great as it was a buffet. Nice supper and as well the bar meal with good prices. Great heated indoor and heated outdoor pool and heated outdoor with whirlpools. Will come soon again."

"The hotel is in a good location, on the outside it looks a little run down, but inside is recently refurbished and stylish. The rooms are spacious with a lovely sea view, although rooms are not updated, it's decent and the wifi and tv has many good options. Check in and out is smooth so overall, excellent value 🙂"
