"We booked the hotel for an overnight stay before embarking the ferry to France. The rooms are small but clean. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. There is also a Starbucks cafe in the building which we used for a morning coffee."

When we had breakfast, the plates were not clean. The whole pool area was dirty. The toilet et cetera were not very nice. Wi-Fi was okay. Breakfast wasn’t great. The milk had gone off in the large container and I told them it had gone off and it took about 20 minutes for them to replace. For a four star hotel, it wasn’t a nice experience. The Jacuzzi was also broken. It was my husband‘s birthday. I put that in the notes I also told staff and they didn’t even bother to wish him happy birthday. "
