Excellent service and value. I would highly recommend. Very peaceful locality but also with a very good gastropub within 5’ walking distance.

The location was perfect. An easy stroll to a local supermarket, train station, great pubs and cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We hope to stay there again sometime.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, nice comfortable stay. Room was very clean esthetic. Only problem I had, was not being able to store luggage before check in. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

It was a full apartment, including a washing machine in the room with detergent and a cell phone that you could take with you while siteseeing with free international calls.

The only thing that I was not satisfied with is that there was no replenishment of the coffee for breakfast or afternoon

Great location, very convenient and safe. Was provided a great complementary upgrade in rooms which made this a fantastic stay. Easy access to taxis as well as the Green Park tube. Very close to Buckingham Palace and easy walking to many sites. House keeping did a great job and cleaned up far more than I expected. Would stay there again and again. London was a great vacation.

Great stay! The apartment was new, clean and in a great location. Everyone working at the restaurant downstairs was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed 2 wks at The Carlyle, it was great location...3min walk to Earl's Court Tube station. Nice apartment. Clean, comfortable place to return to after a long day in London having so much fun. Lots of nearby food choices from American fast food to great pubs. Our contact person at The Carlyle was great...quick responses any time we had a question or need. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bus stops all within a 5-10 min walk. There were 4 of us in 4bdrm apartment. We all agreed we would definitely...

This is the most charming place to stay in London. Truly elegant. Our apartment was incredibly large with a wonderful balcony and plush rich furnishings. The location is perfect… a 20 min walk through Green Park to Buckingham Palace. 15 min to Piccadilly Circus and shopping and dining at your door. But, they didn’t tell us that construction is going on behind the building. Our experience was 7:00 am to 6:00pm. Looks like a ground up new building that might take months to complete. Will stay here...

The location was fantastic for my needs. Clearly, it's not the most active location in the evenings, so if you're wanting to walk around to grab coffee, find many restaurants, etc., this is not the place for you. It worked for my needs.
