"Fantastic stay!"

"Amazing place, wished we stayed longer"

"Good location and good food"

"Exceptional place to stay in Hakone, Highly recommended, a lot of things to do for kids including the indoor water park - only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to early check out times, we requested for 10-15 mins extra but was told we have to pay, Apart from that an excellent place, will stay again here"

"This is a hostel. Very minimalist but strong location. Only two busses pass through here so plan accordingly."

"Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues."

"Good to stay in it Location perfect Helpful staff"

"we adored Hata-San, our helpful friend at the hotel. the dinner and breakfast were both incredible. bathhouses were relaxing and clean. the Hakone day pass made it so easy to get everywhere but don’t forget to take time at the ryokan to re-center after travel!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The kitchen was equipped enough to cook simple meals and the view of the lake was great. It was super foggy and windy the first night but luckily it cleared up so we could enjoy it. Our only complaint were the beds being as hard as the floor but thankfully there were futon pads available so we put those on the beds and slept fine. "房間整潔面積比較細少缺乏舒適感，只能說是夠住的。其他設施空間亦細。膳食西式但份量比較少，自備小小乾糧比較好！用餐出菜時間跟西式所以很慢！服務人員態度是好的！酒店車亦準時和有禮貌！"

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

"The place is very unique and charming. A really amazing experience for a traditional Onsen. The staff are super kind and the service is superb."

"An amazing place the people the room, the food. All the areas are amazing."

"Beautiful Rakuten"

"Loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 would recommend."

"Great"

"The beds were comfortable, the food was fantastic. It is really close the transit."

"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"
