"If you like privacy and discretion this is for you!a couple nosy staff members but over all mind their business…if you plan on staying for a while do night to night or book 2-3 days at most, first night book the room you want then every night after reserve cheapest option on Expedia app and the staff will adjust it in computer and you end up saving a pretty penny. 💋💋 mind your business and they’ll mind theirs. :) "

"Excellent hospitality greets you from the airport shuttle to the registration. The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated with large furniture and plenty of room. We felt like we were in our own master bedroom with the amenities. The walk-in shower was a nice surprise for a hotel room as well. We had breakfast in the garden passageway designed with pictures of our trip to Positano, Italy. Our breakfast croissant with melted gryuere cheese, egg, and ham were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Buffalo! "

"It was such an amazing experience the manager there was such a doll! Help me when I first came in after a five hour drive we thought we were going to be late for check in but he reassured me they didn’t stop check in till 2am! The rainforest cafe waitresses were also amazing everyone was so welcoming to us! We went in the pool and got in and it was beautiful everywhere! The rooms were excellent and clean! Our stay was absolutely amazing! Thank you for the absolutely fantastic staff you guys have!"
