"We checked in after the office closed, but they left the keys for us and I checked in/out in the morning. Both the gentleman and woman I spoke with were very kind and professional. It is near enough to Niagara Falls, which we plan on visiting again next year, and will likely stay here again. There are a lot of stores and food around, which is very convenient. I would highly recommend."

"I was in town for a wedding. Places in Niagra in August are pretty expensive. If you are looking for a luxury 5-star hotel on budge prices this is not the place for you. The hotel is an older hotel but is clean and refreshed. "We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part.
