"Everyone is so nice! We did get the 2nd to worst view, but the staff and everything else is so amazing I won’t doc a star for that. I would just make sure to ask to not have rooms, 4017 or 3017. We have stayed here before and know the villas are the best, they were just booked already at the time. "

"I cannot say enough about Atelier! We have been to Mexico roughly 20 times but this was our first stay at this resort, and it did not disappoint. Resort was impeccable, rooms were beautiful (my favorite of any resort I’ve stayed at) and the service was phenomenal. I wish I would have wrote down more names to shout out, but I did want to give a special review of our pool server, Damarys, who could not have been more outstanding!! She was so unbelievably accommodating and sweet to our entire group. We did not want to leave her!! Thank you to all the unbelievable staff at Atelier! We will be back! "

She promptly took care of us by accommodating for a change of room, she checked in on us daily to ensure we have everything we needed for our 6 month baby, and she was curious and kind. "This was our first time doing an all inclusive and overall I would say we had a great experience at ocean allure! Property is beautiful, there were lots of options for food and drinks and the staff were all amazing! Wanted to shoutout Bettina, Carla, and Janet as some of the standout staff members we interacted with. A few things worth noting: - if you come with a group bigger than 4 it’s unlikely you will be sat together at the restaurants. There was only one night we could sit all 8 together, even at the steakhouse when we reserved for 8 - the restaurants are first come first serve, except for privilege level guests who can reserve. If you can eat dinner earlier (~6-6:30) you will have a much easier time. Some nights we waited 1-2hrs to be sat - with this being a new resort I did notice some cosmetic/functional issues in the rooms, "
