The place is always clean, and it has a beautiful view of the beach. The beach is literally a few steps away from the condo. My mom and I feel very safe on the beach here, and in the building. He picked us up from the airport, then gave us a tour of the condo complex and our apartment. He gifted us Puerto Rican coffee and cookie treats! "We just had a great 5 night stay at this condo. Juan the Property Manager was great! We communicated easily by text or phone calls. Luckily we didn’t have any issues during our stay but I know he would have helped us if we did. The security at the condo was good & we felt very safe there & in the surrounding areas. "A little disappointed there was no balcony. We knew this : however, there were large windows that faced the ocean and opened letting in a nice breeze. We were there for 10 days and one of the elevators was broken the entire time. Easy access to the beach but no chairs provided and 2 chairs and 1 umbrella was $25 a day! You will have to buy ice. Would I stay there again? Yes fabulous location."

"The property was an older but very clean gem nestled in the middle of some very nice chain hotels. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold for a good nights sleep. The parking and the coffee were free. It was very close to the airport. The staff was very friendly as well. Great value compared to other prices seen. Would definitely stay here again. "
