"Paid for 5 nights, stayed for 1. Host ignored multiple messages, phone number wouldn’t connect. Pillows and pullout mattress beyond unsanitary. Overpowering odour throughout property. "Early checkin was an awful experience, we called ahead and confirmed we would like to book early checkin, we were told we could arrive at 2pm. When we arrived there was no sign of early checkin and we were told they can clean a room but they had no idea how long it would take. When returning at 3:30pm we got our room and had to pay full early checkin price. The garden terrace was overgrown and we could barely open the door. The weed smokers in the open courtyard at night ruined the experience of sitting in a peace. The space was nice, but there were signs of a lot of water damage."
