"The place was not cleaned professionally. They simply “straightened up” and pulled the sheets back on the beds. The floors weren’t cleaned, neither was the bathroom. The towels were all dingy and the wash clothes had hair all over them. No accommodations were given, since I did not cancel. Poor communication."
