"Great location, clean room, nice gym and outdoor pool that was heated. Restaurant was surprisingly good. Staff was great. Except the young person at check in was unprofessional, not the right fit for a nice Holiday Inn hotel. Not a friendly greeting and rattled off like from a script hotel info. No eye contact He/she maybe belongs in a fast food or concession stand. Maybe this is the best Colorado has in their youth. Maybe the Corp needs to invest time and feedback to make this person better and raise their standards. Don’t be afraid to raise your standards. Thx again T"

"Staff was great! Room was clean and very nice. Smart Tv was awesome I could connect to my streaming services easily. "

"Rooms pretty clean Older propety needing some updates and door in room was lacking tje metal lockling mechanism Restaurant can take over 45 minutes to get food as one sweet and nice person was cooking, bartending, ordering ansd waiting tables. Overall, staff is very friendly, gym is nice. Location.pretty good ans love how windows open, some for fresh air Pricey for what it is but less tjan many other properties in area and has free parking "

"Our room had ants, the sheets were dirty, and the shower had hair in it. It has the potential to be very nice, but it isn't. The pool was closed. Which they should tell you about upon booking. Our last night there a fire started in the trees on the grounds. It burned 3 vehicles. Fire department was there very quickly and took care of it. However, the blasting fire alarm stayed on the remainder of our time there which was a few hours!!"

"The room was extremely out dated. Room 415 was anyway. I’m talking maybe late 70’s. Wall paper coming off the wall and you can tell the bed is used A LOT as the headboard are completely worn out. Lots of folks banging their heads on it. Just very, very outdated. A big disappointment for a Sheraton. The parking has insulation coming out of the ceiling and for 22.00 a person, the breakfast buffet was worse than the free ones you get at cheap hotels. Thanks for listening."

"Cleanliness of the floors is not good. Few towels and only one ice machine for three floors. The location of the hotel is great though. Close to a mall, restaurants and Red Rock! I suspect third party guest are placed in the least desirable rooms based on cleanliness and amenities not in the room. Not once did I see a housekeeper or housekeeping cart. The check in folks were friendly. "

"Iron was covered in black rubbery stuff. One elevator down on a busy weekend. I’ve stayed at multiple Hampton Inn and this one just wasn’t up to par the breakfast although busy didn’t seem like it was. Sausage was rubbery and eggs were very watery overall nothing to write home about."
