"Clean and up-to-date room. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Good location as it is close to the train station and several notable locations were only a short walk or bus ride away. Only issues were the noise from outside could get a bit loud if drunken tourist walked by and the bathroom was on a motion sensor for the lights which didn’t read you when you’re in the shower. Had to wave my arm outside the shower door every few minutes to turn the light on. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel for anyone staying in the city."

"Excellent location, walkable everywhere, tram and bus stops minutes away. I booked the first room double room I saw, which was "souterrain". I didn't know the definition, but found out the room was below the reception level accessible by stairs without elevator access. "Kris" was able to find us a room on the 1st floor accessible by elevator. Bathroom is very small and takes some maneuvering to use. Room was also small but very quite. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices, eggs, fish, sausage, breads, cereal, fruits, drinks, etc. Free coffee and tea 24hrs. "
