"Well maintained rooms and common areas. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and were great for recommending and organizing tours. We had the added bonus of staying on a Thursday where the social night is held. Maggie organised drinks and appetizers for the guests to share and meet before heading to the night market. This place will be my go to choice the next time we visit Tamarindo."

"The room was very comfortable and spacious. Our children enjoyed the pool which was clean and well cared for. We ate three meals at the restaurant which were all great. The staff were all friendly. We saw iguanas and monkeys in the courtyard which was also fun. Highly recommend."

"Very unique place, artsy, non-corporate, delightful. Bungalows had covered porches with very comfortable outdoor furniture, including tables, couches, fans and lighting. AC worked great. Ilse and her staff are incredibly responsive and go out of their way to make this a wonderful and welcoming place. Breakfast is right on the beach but in the shade of trees and umbrellas. Walking distance (5 min) to vibrant downtown with clubs, excellent restaurants and shopping. We ate at the hotel’s small...
